GENERAL: The following general terms are an integral part of any sales contract between “KOTS BOUTIQUE”, (hereinafter “Company”) and its respective customers (hereinafter “Customer”), including sales made through its e-shop Company, which operates on the website https://kotsboutique.gr/. Differentiation of the terms governing a particular sale in relation to these terms is considered valid only if it is explicitly mentioned in the Company’s printed offer or sales invoice or in a special written agreement between the Company and the Customer.
PAYMENTS: For sales made through the e-shop, the payment is made based on the Customer’s choice, from the options offered to him (eg via credit or debit card, cash on delivery, etc.) and under them stated terms that apply to each payment method selected.
PAY ON DELIVERY
It is paid upon receipt of the parcel and is valid for purchases within Greece.

⦁ The reason for the deposit should indicate your ORDER NUMBER AND YOUR NAME. Once the amount is deposited, it will be confirmed by us and your order will be executed.
The deposit of the amount must be completed within 24 hours, otherwise it is automatically canceled.
Once you complete the process, you send us the payment receipt via email to info@kotsboutique.gr and we will send you your order.
** Bank charges as well as commissions are borne entirely by the customer.

SHIPPING CHARGES
HELLAS
For orders over 80 euros shipping is Free.
For orders under 80 euros the shipping cost is 3 euros.
For orders using COD there is an additional charge of 3 euros.
CYPRUS
For orders of any amount, the shipping cost is:
Ferry 10 € (delivery in 10-15 days)
By air 20 € (delivery 5-7 days)
Cash on delivery method is not supported.
The delivery of the products in Cyprus takes place within 10-15 days from the date that will be delivered to the cooperating transport company.
The Customer acknowledges that the Company may partially deviate from the delivery dates stated in their commercial correspondence or e-shop and waives any claim, unless otherwise specified in a special agreement for their exact delivery.
ABROAD
For orders of any amount, the shipping cost is 40 €
MISSIONS
Once your order is confirmed and all products are available, we prepare the order immediately and the same or the next business day is delivered by us to the partner courier companies for shipment.
In case you want delivery on Saturday, let us know in time (extra charges may apply).
As soon as the shipment of the order is completed, an email is received from us with its shipment number. With the specific code you can search for your parcel on the ELTA courier site and locate it.
If you are unable to pick up your order at the shipping address, your parcel remains at the courier company’s store for 10 days and then returned to us.
